Lovingly restored by Azriel, her friends & network of experienced Tradespeople, the renovation project was truly a labour of love, every detail has been chosen with care. From stunning floating floors by Crystal Clear Timber Floors, to eco flax linen bolsters handmade in Ukraine, to the highest quality mats recycled from the wondrous Kindred Movement Studio, sustainability and intention underpin the space. Upcycled carpet tiles have been renewed with a meticulous triple steam clean, lighting fixtures were sourced from local artisans at Micah Lighting Campbellfield, and signage crafted by experts at Signarama Kew. Even the lush greenery includes treasured plants from Azriel’s personal collection of over a decade, bringing the vitality of nature into every practice.

Jess Grapsas

For Jess, her love for yoga began as a simple part of daily movement that felt great in her body. As time went on in her yoga journey she became intrigued and fascinated with yogic philosophy and the deep ancient teachings, discovering that yoga is not just a physical practice and there is so much to learn about yourself through the beautiful path of yoga. Jess is a devoted teacher that brings warmth and calmness to her classes. Her intention as a teacher is to help guide students to be curious and reconnect with themselves. Creating a safe and inclusive space, releasing the ego and simply using the time on the matt as a safe space to explore the body and mind.

Rosie began her yoga practise over 13 years ago as a way to explore movement beyond ballet. Now 500+hr certified, Rosie teaches vinyasa and ashtanga to a diverse student base with the aim of inviting everyone in, no matter your experience. Her approach is to empower the practitioner to understand their own bodies, test their limits, and be playful with the shapes. Her classes are down to earth and practical, while acknowledging the rich history and traditions of yoga. Expect to be challenged (maybe with a handstand or too!) but also to be completely restored and nourished

Samuel Martin

Sam was introduced to yoga as a way of overcoming previous sporting injuries. However, the calming meditative aspect of yoga was the catalyst for revolutionary changes in his life. Sam is continually inspired by his contemplative experiences, which informs how he shares a practice that is focused on equanimity and personal connection with his students. Sam’s classes have an emphasis on being a breath-led practice, that is combined with dynamic flowing movement, with precise attention given to physical alignment. Sam intends for students gain a greater understanding and appreciation of themselves through movement, contemplation and enhanced self-awareness.

Sita Leong

Sita brings an uplifting, strong flow to the mat. As both a Pilates instructor and Osteopath, her classes blend anatomical insight with intentional, flowing movement. Each session bringing balance between strength and softness, expect to be challenged yet held throughout your practice. Sita teaches with the intention of delivering what she craves most from a class herself: to leave feeling sweaty, supported, and blissed-out in all the right ways.

Bernadette Matthias

A singer, speech pathologist and mother of three, Dr. Bernadette is passionate about marrying Mum Life and Well-being (while admitting she is constantly working out how to do this herself!). Having recently completed her PhD research into the impact of group singing on stroke recovery, she is a strong advocate for the restorative power of music and the invaluable bonds that form when people come together in song. Bernadette is excited to be part of this innovative class where Me Time gets the spotlight it deserves.
